Power electronics

Interface Boards

We make custom designed DC to DC converters and interface boards which enable better charging and discharging process during extremes and faults. We also make software for custom designed PCBs for BMS , charger, and in the future, for motor controllers also.

Chassis

The chassis has been extensively put under fatigue, static and frequency stresses. It can withstand 200 N/mm2 for more than 1 million cycles. We integrate the battery and controllers so closely with the chassis that they not only make the product more stronger but also support CG, weight distribution. The panels are also made by us which allows better control over aerodynamics and down force.

INTELLIGENCE

Mobile App

Users would be able to see SOC during charging, Locked or Unlocked Status, and various Stats like Average Speed and Total Distance Travelled of E2W. We also offer the feature to send navigation coordinates from the App directly. One can also see all the trips taken along with analytics. The Admin users can monitor usage by other users and customise drive train for them directly from the mobile app.
