We are looking for a passionate innovator who can design, execute and build shippable hardware products at kWh Bikes. The team is small at kWh and we maintain a very healthy work culture of creating and building world-class products. If you aspire to learn core engineering skills and develop products hands-on, if you have the ability to take initiative and be self-driven, are a hard worker, have an appetite for steep learning, and have a keen eye on detail, then we’re looking for you. The candidate should be available for at least 3 months of full-time in-office at our Bangalore office.
Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech in ECE or relevant
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuits, and clear fundamental concepts
- Work cross-functionally within teams and set clear API requirements for the embedded OS
- Implement architecture to improve embedded drivers, algorithms, to develop a new generation OS
- Deliver high-quality C/C++/Rust embedded binaries on an RTOS
- Design the software architecture and implementation on custom hardware through integration, test and debugging for kWh OS
- Make performance and optimization trade-offs to meet product requirements
- Develop the software for BMS and the VCU of the vehicle
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Understand datasheets of the components
- Designing digital and analog circuits and schematics
- Write software code on FreeRTOS
- Develop, test, debug methodologies to test the hardware
- Write and conduct various tests on the boards.
